so i got pulled over by a gang unit today in ontario and he busted me for
cvc 2715(a)modified exhaust
and
cvc 27156(b)modified emissions (intake,headers,no cat)
i need some info on this please help im running LSV and i know for sure i wont pass the state ref and on the ticket it says that the state ref is required
note: i dont have any of my stock parts anymore

You are officially sol my friend. Only way to get your car to pass is to swap out that motor or put the ls head back on. Its not that hard to do and a LS top end can be found for cheap.

 

change out the motor and pass ref. or pay the fine of $300-$400 and forget the ref.
