i just brought this deck from some guy on craigs, didnt test it because he gave me a code... went home, put it in and its the wrong code. bastard never picked up my calls again.

call up a honda dealership and let them know of the serial code, etc.

 

i called one up but they said they charge. could whoever get a code help me out. thanks

 

how much did they want for the code...i'm going to need on for an integra i bought but the guy didn't have the code...

 

Well, I went to a dealer twice for this situation. It's best if you just walk in there. I went walked in with my proof of ownership of the vehicle and made up a receipt from paypal saying I bought it for "this much money from blah blah". Just bring it in there and they should get the code at no charge.

 

Yea i had the same problem but i walked in the dealer and they gave me the code within minutes and didnt ask any questions. Just try and bring proof of purchase and u should be fine.

 

i bought it from a guy on craigslist so no proof of purchase.
