Prob not smog legal, if you go with the JDM header and a full 2.5" exhaust, everything else, and tuning, I see 170ish WHP...Correct me if im wrong

Youre going to need more aggressive cams to hit 200.

I'd say 172-178whp on a dyno jet tuned. Similar setup to mine.

With the JDM 4-1 header, your going to want a 2.5" cat and 2.5" full catback exhaust (free flowing). Then, with the ITR cams, Skunk2 Cam Gears and Skunk2 IM your going to want to definately tune them to get full potential. Hondata would be a great choice, but you could go with a VAFC aswell. Also, a chipped ecu would be great, especially at the dyno.

If you want to make in the area of 200whp your going to need some very good headwork to begin with. You might aswell not even bury yourself any deeper by asking what else you need because you need to get going on the first things suggested. It won't be no overnight project for sure, gonna take a long time to get everything together.

I also suggest this aswell....an ITR tranny (w/ JDM FD and LSD)

I would say without headwork and using ITR cams you'd be in the 170-175 whp range.

your lookin at 160-175 whp.......... when i dynoed my 94 gsr......i had aem short ram, skunk2 IM, ctr intake cam, skunk2 cam gears, test pipe, dc 4-2-1 header, and greddy sp (which is equivalent to the itr exhaust)......i got 160whp and 119 lbs' of torque..i plugged in my all motor chipped p28 ecu...and gained 7whp and 13lbs of torque!.....i'm smog legal except for the test pipe and chipped ecu....... if you want big b18c1 whp na.....you need to build your head up......agressive cams, higher compression w/ some new pistons, bore/p&p, etc.......lits goes on........

I would suggest some RC injectors (310cc), fuel rail, regulator, and a fuel pump. To create a lot of horsepower your gonna need some more fuel running to your engine
