Well im on street tires so i've done a 12.9 at 114. Havent ran since putting traction bar on and im trying to get some mickey thompsons soon
Advice would be to do things right and take your time!
That's what NCSI did, oh and have some good friends to answer good questions
i meant like where did you learn how to do the swap..
It's not that difficult, buy a book, read online, trial an error, play plug in what's unplugged, etc.
Or just take it to a shop.
cool man, any recommendations for a good book on the swap? i have tried to find a diy guide but i cant find anything anywhere

The motor was bought from hmotorsonline.com but if I could do it again I would find a junk yard ls build it and do lsvtak boost
Oh and the rims are drag dr-19s
Car is about to get hood and bumper painted as well!

Update: Finished catch can setup will have pics soon. Also bought a type arrrrr front lip and got a new gas lid. So front end and lid are being painted in the next week. Also picked up a set of megan rear lower control arms fo free gonna throw energy suspension bushings on then finally get an alignment!
its going.. i get short bursts of motivation followed by busts of sloth..lol... its getting close though i probably would have had it just about ready to paint but i hurt my back lifting the rear trailing arm into place (wish i could say it was something heavier ) so i've been "out of commission" for about a week.. its hard (for me) to stay motivated when the car hasnt seen the road in such a long time.. how about sam? has he had any progress with the gsr? or is he in "life-first" mode also?
i have a build thread on here that i try and keep updated more then the CH one if you wanted to see it
