My buddy recently gave me a muffler that he picked up for free. Its used and its big. I'm debating with myself wether or not to put it on right now for 20$ or to wait until I change sumthing else on my car. Currentyl my 93 integra is stock height, stock engine. Pretty much stock everything and I'm afraid that just a fat can will look stupid. Should I wait until I drop the car or start out with what I have?

 

if its just a muffler, it probably wont do very much... might relieve some back-pressure, be louder...but other than that, not much... it's really up to you!! Also, you cant always just throw a muffler on OEM exhaust pipes... chances are, the muffler you're trying to put on will not fit the piping that you have... if it does, expletive it... throw it on! gotta start somewhere ; )

 

If you like the style of the muffler, and it is of decent quality then wait to put it on. Wait until you can have some custom 2.25 or 2.5 inch catback exhaust tubing bent for you. That way you will have an entire catback system.
