ok i must have some mount that is bad but i cant find it under sloww acceleration it feels fine but if i get onmy gas and let off quick i can feel the thump . i have tried rocking the motor , pulled the e brake and let off the clutch and i dont see anything . but i know something is not right , either motor , or trans mount , also what is a torque mount? any help ar sugestions

 

rocking the motor wont put the same strain on the mount as the torque from the motor itself so it wouldnt show as much. Check all the motor mount bolts and go from there. If you pinpoint one bad one you might as well replace all of them at that time to save youself hassle in the future
