I have been in the garage for the last couple of days tryin to figure out what is goin on with my GSR. Its a 200+whp all motor setup. A couple of days ago rite outa the blue the car started to misfire at 1500-3000rpm then took off like nothing happened. It doesnt do it all the time. I am completely baffled over this. I checked everything from igniton to electronics and there are no problems... So I turn to you guys for help

you gotta list eh mods you have done, especially the ones done to ignition.

HEAD: Port and Polish, AEM Tru Time Cam Gears, SKunk2 Valvetrain, SKunk2 High Compression Valves, SKunk2 Stage 2 Camshafts

BLOCK: Bored 20 over, Edged and Polished Crank, Eagle H Beam Rods, Endyn High Compression Pistons, Balanced and Blueprinted

Air/Fuel: V-AFC Apexi Controller, Skunk2 Type R Manifold Conversion with Type R Throttle Body, AEM Cold Air Intake, RC 310cc Injectors, B&M Command FLO FPR

Exhaust: DC JDM 4-1 Header w/ Test pipe, 2.5 inch cat back.

 

I don't see that you changed anything with your ignition system for all that extra HP. Don't you need different plugs when you create more HP?

 

Check ur 02 sensor. Also check your fuel pressure....

 

also check for vaccum leaks and gap the plugs right
