My plan is i want a buy an Integra, and rip the head off and put a b16 head on it.

What is the best procedure to do this, buy a b16 swap and dont use the bottom end, can a b16 tranny work on a b18b bottom.

Im a Level 2 apprentice in an 8 bay shop.... so i have all the equipment and tools to make it go very easy.... just dont know what to buy for it...Buy the Pieces individually or buy a swap and rip it apart....

ive got $3500 for the swap saved
and am gonna take a loan out on the Integra

dude for that much, why dont you just do a complete swap?? like h22 maybe?

 

buy a b16 swap, use the tranny, internals, and head from it, then sell the shortblock.

im in winnipeg canada, swaps are not that common here. Still looking into COMPETANT machine shops.

B16 swaps from 92-95 $1800-$2800
B16 swaps from 96-00 $3000-$4000

H22 Swaps $5000 minimum

An Integra Gsr All Riced out is like $15000.00+ Never even seen a Clean one..
I Can buy a Integra No Vtec like 98 99 00 for like $8000.00 - $11000.00 Super Clean one No Rice


Thats why im leaning towards the Frank Motors

Is there any Specific things to look for when Aquiring An Integra, Must be Standard Other than That?
