Default Ls Vtec Project area

Right now i have a 2000 Integra GS Automatic.. I have Injen Cold Air Intake, Polished DC sport Headers, High Flow Cat, and a Invidia Cat Back Exhaust system. I just bought a complete B18c1 Head with intake manifold and injectors also. I havent done too much physical work on the internals of the block and head before, mostly just bolt on accessories with no problem. I have read alot of books with information about all the parts and how to take them off and reasemble, Just wondering How difficult this procedure would be for a guy like me to do.. Also anyone know how much labor might cost for this project from a shop?? The head allready has the oil line tapped and is ready for the swap.. Plz dont tell me to buy a manual because i allready know this, its what was available at the time and i am gonna try to make a nice all motor car out of this anyways

1rst it's a B18C1 head and as far as I know it wont work w/ an automatic trans your gonna have to swap it for a 5 speed. Its not that hard of a job just do a search for LS/VTEC you'll find a step by step
