ls/vtec
like everyone has stated. Search using google.
Keep in mind that even if you put a Vtec head on, and dont touch the bottom end of your motor, your redline is the same as the LS Motor. The LS motor will die on you as the GSR bottom end is a tad bit stronger and can rev higher for vtec, while the LS bottom end can not.

That's not true.
You can safely rev a stock LS bottom end up to 8200 rpm's as long as you replace your stock rod bolts with some ARP's and you won't have anything to worry about. The only thing weak about the LS bottom end is the rod bolts. Some people even take theirs up to 8500 rpm's with only ARP rod bolts done to the bottom. Search for LS/Vtec builds and it's a common fact.
But on the other hand, to make the best of your LS/Vtec set up you should definitely bump up the compression. Like B16 pistons for example, they will drop right in.
Goodluck

The worst way to start your first post!
Bro, go to the Search Field in the upper right corner. Type in LS/VTEC you'll find hundreds of threads on builds, dyno's, setups, etc. There's even a few DIY's on how to build a reliable LS/VTEC or a monster LS/VTEC.
The way I see it, if you have to even ask. Don't even bother going with the setup. Stick with the typical b-series vtec motor swap, or single cam vtec if you plan to stay with d-series.
