I have a eg hatch si with ls/vtec. When I hit vtec it smokes alot. It is so bad I cant even see anything behind me. Can you please give me an idea of what it could be.

Thats a great title.....very descriptive for when Im looking over the 100s of threads posted every day. Sounds like rings, running rich, blown head gasket, and probably a few other things Im forgetting about. If its black smoke its probably running rich and you need to get your car tuned (via something besides the drop in chip from ebay).

I checked the head gasket and it looks fine. I just got the engine rebuilt. I have a jun chip. I think I do have to get it tuned.

 

typical for a "cheap" lsvtec setup... lsvtec is like a turbo you cant go cheap
