LS Vtec
Hello everyone. I had some questions about LS Vtec. I keep on hearing lots of positive feedback for the LS Vtec setup BUT I would like to know if there are any disadvantages to converting my LS motor? If you have any info. please leave some feedback. Thanks.
i dont see any disadvantages to the conversion. just remember that unless you build your block or at least replace your rod bolts your not going to be able to rev past 7500 safely. ive had my lsv for over 30000 miles now and its still running strong.

i agree... most of the bad rumors about lsvtec come from the owners of the cars that think they can rev to 10 grand on a stock block...there is no point reving that high anyways, unless your making power that high...my lsvtec has been running strong as well for just about a year now...
