There is no "best one." You're going to have to sit down and do some research and figure out what kind of goals you have, and then find or put together a kit that will best help you meet those goals.

the best one is all preference. customizing a kit with the best parts for your preference is the best way to go. i went with a DRAG3 kit. if you want a DRAG3 kit... see ben from importparts.com

Drag 3 kit is pretty good, but I believe in piecing together a kit w/ quality parts and you'll get better deals that way. my setup includes:
b18b
maxrev manifold
t3/04e 57trim
2.5" piping
2.5" downpipe
DSM 450cc injectors
AFC "hack"
tial HP 35mm
PWR 8x22i.c.

Times are in the sig!! Gotta love dat ls boost!

Exactly, thier are plenty of prefabbed kits available, However the best kits are the one's with parts that work well together and parts that you want. Everyone's budget/goals are differrent so do some research and find out what you want.

I started with a Revhard2c kit, but My 2nd time around I went custom .

you best bet it probably just to piece something together. Unles you want to drop 2-3k at once.
Start with looking for a b-series manifold, a turbo with the correct a/r for you application and an intercooler. Then go from there.
