So today im go out and start my car and it runs fine (still has a little valve noise as always). Then i get on the main road after about a mile, i get caught by a red light. Then my car just shuts off, like i killed it. I check it and it was in Neutral, so i tried to restart it. NOPE NOTHING. The car will crank all day long but will not start like it has no fire. It has new plugs and wires about 3wks ago, only thing i can think of is the distributor....ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT.

Replace your distributor.

 

Same problem happened to me so it must be your coil (ignitor) so replace then see if it starts.

 

Thanks for the suggestions but the Timing belt broke. I know it sucks, but i guess **** happens.

Do a leak down test, if there are any leaks, your valves are bent.
