Hey guys,

I bought my '96 LS intake manifold off eBay...(well I THINK it's a 96!)

What is that hole on the top of the manifold, just to the right of where the throttle body joins?


The manifold bolts up fine, we're just not sure what to do with this 'hole.'

The hole is for the Purge Control Solenoid Valve. Its used for emissions.

 

Is that an OBDII thing? I'll be using an OBDI ecu...if that helps.
