This girl I know from my local tuner shop was running NOS for about a year and a half (50 shot). A couple of weeks ago, she ripped it out in a favor of a turbo.
I am not really certain of all of her mods, but I know for sure she had I/H/E.

I dont think it would be a great idea to feed your car without getting the motor ready first.

Just my 2 coppers worth...

Edit - It was an 95 LS btw

I had it on my LS for a year and had no mods to the motor. I ran both a 50 and 75 shot. When I sold the motor to a friend we tore it down for an LS vtec. There were no signs of the NOS causing any problems. The motor was in great shape. She is now a 175hp, ls vtec. Now don't get me wrong, it was fun but it just heldme over untill my current all motor setup which I love

lS vtec

you can run a 50 shot just fine...get colder plugs and retard the timing a bit. shoot all day.

you'd be fine with a 50 shot.

a 75 is getting to the upper limits

If you've got a *heavy foot* I'd be very careful on how much you use it.
