Low Compression issue..Help Please!

yes, low compression will cause a loss of power. and if i were you, i wouldn't be worried how much power i was losing.. i'd be more concerned about what i could do to fix the low compression. chances are you have some bad piston rings or valve seals. does your car ever blow blueish/white smoke through the exhaust??

Usually when the two cylinders next to one another are both low, that's a size of a blown HG. Go to autozone or Kragen and get a block tester to see if you got a blown HG.
