searched a bit didnt find anything clear.

i have a 97 Integra and the low beam flickered on and off the other day then ultimately failed. i checked the fuse, its fine, i replaced the bulb and still nothing. how can i get my lights working again? im super poor right now and cant afford a padiddle ticket

borrow another bulb from somebody and see if it works,if not check your wires

 

start chasing wires... to begin, (i hope you have a mutli-meter or test light) check for power and ground at the plug, if no, recheck and recheck again the fuses (just cause they look good doesnt mean they are)

if youve got power and ground at the plug, and the fuses are good, then check the relay, its either somthing along those lines or its the wires themselves.
