You will need the F.D ring from an ITR, as well as the matching countershaft. If US spec, then they will be 4.40. IF JDM spec, then 4.785.
Also, try searching, both recent and archives. If you don't, you will get schooled. I found both pieces needed to do this swap by typing
"ITR LSD". Then, in the results, look in the titles for "LS".

The inner diameter of the LS ring gear is too small to fit over the ITR LSD. So you will need either an ITR or a GSR ring gear.
