Need some advice or answers to a new knocking noise.

My car is a 95 Acura Integra GS-R with a ACT Stage 3 Six Puck clutch. I have a short shifter installed. My transmission is a stock GS-R tranny. There are no modifications internally. Oil is changed every 3k miles and maintained regularly. My axles are going out according to the Honda Dealership - but have not been making any noise when I make turns.

Problem:
Today a knocking noise arose (sounds like it was coming from around the right side of the engine [when looking at the car]). there is nothing stuck under the car or in the fender well.

The knocking noise comes only when clutch pedal is pressed in.

Any answers would be great

Also car is not knocking at idle. Only when driving.

 

i would say possibly a throw-out bearing? they will make a knocking noise
