today i was in the parking lot and i was going to start the engine. somehow i couldn't turn the key at all once i put the key in. it took a while until my friend was able to turn the car on. this was the 1st time happening and hasnt happened after that yet. what could be the problem that it was stuck?

Definitely steering lock, it's a security measure, if your steering wheel and key won't move much, just move the steering wheel slightly while you jiggle the key and you are all set.

 

thx, it happened again today..ill try moving the steeering wheel next time i have the problem
