my driver side axle shaft keeps tearing/breaking apart from the inner boot and the bearings go flying. ive replaced the bushings, ball joints, upper/lower control arms, basicly the entire driver side front suspinsion, my motor mounts are brand new. what could it be?? thanks any advice will be used!

 

suspension geometry off? if its slammed that may have something to do with it. what is your suspension setup and after how long does it tear?

 

it only 2in drop. tokico shocks no name springs, no name camber kit. it tends to do it mostly right after i take off, but it has happen just driving

 

is it a remanufactured axle? I know a buddy of mine had an axle snap cause he bottomed out in his lowered crx and he had a bad motor mount but you said all your stuff is new. Unless its hitting something i would question the quality of the axle

 

the one i have in there now is new, but the ones befor were remans. its almost like there getting stretched apart, so much that u can feel the bearings about to pop out. what about the half shaft, are there any difference in lengths?(ls,b20,gsr)??

 

hmm that is a possibility that by installing it you are stretching the axel causing it to fail. If you have the stock b18 half shaft id measure it and compair lengths. are you using the b20 halfshaft? its out of a crv and i know the wheel base is different then the tegs so try switching to the stock integra one and see if it works.
