i am going to buy a set of coilovers from this site.Just wondering how there service is and shipping good or bad things from them?

 

i've ordered from them a few times, and they all went smoothly. shipping was fast, but i live around the same area. try their ebay store you you wanna try to get free shipping

I have ordered from there also. Shipping was quick and I live two states over. You can also PM one of the JHP reps on H-T marketplace.

 

ive always browsed and shopped from their site as far back as i can remember. the most recent purchase i made was a tps. your best bet is calling and speaking personally with a rep. awesome people, close knit service. i put an over the phone order in on a tuesday and received my package on friday, east coast.

 

They're good people. Very friendly customer service.

 

I had some issues with an order I made at the beginning of the summer. I'm not going to completely write them off of my list of places to get parts, but never again will I go through the sales rep that I had for that transaction.

 

I've ordered 2 or 3 sets of bushing from them.. never had an issue..

i know they revamped their web services in the beginning of the summer, not sure if that had anything to do with it

Nope. The transaction was handled entirely via mail and phone.

Like I said, I'm not against the concept of buying from them again, I just won't go through one particular sales rep. Essentially we ended up having three phone conversations where I told him the exact same thing (something that was also included in writing when payment was sent) and it didn't register until that third phone conversation. The whole ordeal was completely unnecessary and ended up putting me behind schedule on my car by about two months.
