Default JDM headlight wiring problem

I'm trying to wire my jdm conversion headlights. The passenger side headlights all work but only some of the drivers side lights work. I used the headlight wiring diagram found in the FAQ but when my car was stolen, the corner lights were ripped out. Now when I finished wiring everything, the drivers side headlight is very dim. The high beam doesn't work at all. When I turn the parking lights on, the side marker is on, but when I turn the lights all the way on, the side marker goes out and the turn signal comes on. This is all on the drivers side. The passenger side lights all work fine. All my fuses are good. I switched low beam bulbs and the passenger side worked perfect while the driver side illuminated very dim.

Yeah, i rewired the drivers side and it stayed the same. Yet I wired it exactly the same as the passengers side and that side works perfect.

Also, why would my driver side low beam be so dim if you don't touch that. It just plugs into the housing. Switched bulbs and the bulb worked fine on the passenger side. Does every wire in the engine bay need to be connected, even wires not for the lights? I've got a couple of wires that were ripped out in front of the radiator. They're not connected yet. Could that be a problem? Maybe they need to be grounded?
