You guys know I crashed - there's still a possibility they're goint o to have it fixed up. If they do, I want something different. I've already talked to my body-shop guy about putting on a JDM front end instead of OEM USDM. My question is, how much would a full, complete kit cost, compared to what you'd expect to pay for a new USDM OEM kit? As it appears to me, my entire front fascia, front quarter panels, hood, radiator, etc. will have to be replaced. There's probably more.
Also, where's a good place to shop for the kits, so I can tell the shop owner?
I really am expecting a total, but I'm preparing for any eventuality.
Any help is appreciated.

you're looking at around $5k for the parts, installation, and to get it painted.

dragonctr69 sells them for $800.00 brand new Painted from Japan. They're fiberglass tho...
you can find yourself a deal. just look on the boards and ask around. then buy it for cheap and take it to a shop to have installed and painted.

I have a good shop lined up to do the work. My only problem is going to be insurance. I'm not sure if it's "legal" to buy the parts from e-bay. I'm actually not sure how this repair thing works. Do we have to let the shop buy the parts straight from Acura? Can I buy them myself with the insurance money? Can the shop look around for a deal? If I can't get the JDM, I'd be happy with a 98 style front (mine's a 94).
Any insight into the body shop/insurance deal?
