hey guys...i have a 96 GSR and i bought my friends ITR header...i wanna know everything i need for it to bolt up....i bought a 2.5 in. collector flange...i went to bolt the header up and it didnt seem to fit right...the header was REALLY close to the oil pan and the header was like 10in longer than my stock headers..please get back to me on what i should need and do...thanx

 

by the way...the header is a USDM 2000 ITR header, if that helps at all

 

usdm headers have 2.0" collectors, not 2.5". the header is also shorter because 94-99 gsr exhaust parts aren't direct fits with other integras. you will need an exhaust shop to shorten a section of your exhaust (you can still use your stock cat).

 

unless you don't have your stock mani, i would not bother with the one you are putting on

unless it is in fact the JDM 4-1, then it would be worth it.

 

2.5" donut gasket? That'll be too big. USDM ITR header has a 2" collector.

It does flow better than the non-ITR header, FYI.
