i just bought the header but i heard u need to buy a flange and a dount hole to make it fit onto the stock cat is that right? whats the set up help would be much appreciated thanks. basically am asking if you can bolt the header some flanges and gasket or do you need to buy a test pipe / new 2.5 cat?

If its a stock ITR header then I don't understand why you bought it. Waste of cash.

He's right, sell it for $50 and buy a better header. Just because it's Type R doesn't make it all that effective, it's actually quite constrictive
