I did a search and couldn't find what i was looking for, right now i my car i have CAI, and an ITR exhaust, i wanna go with cams but can't spend to much, i was wondering what kinda gains i could expect from ITR cams tuned correctly on a stocl valvetrain, and educated guesses would help, but a car dynoed with this setup would be most beneficial. thanks a lot guys.

and BTW, i know i should prolly do headers next, i'm just trying to figure out what the gains will be if i go cams, also how to ITR cams compare to other after market brands, are they the best bang for the buck.

 

honestly, if u got them now u'd be disappointed. u wanna put the cams, cam gears and vafc in to gether. Then u'll definately notice a difference. u'll see a 5-8 hp increase thru the powerband. there nice cams when tuned

 

my GSR made 157 whp and 112 wtq with cai,h,e,adv timing. After 98 ITR cams, gears, VAFC, and tuning it made 176 whp and 125 wtq.
Damn I miss my GSR!
