ITBs are proven to give awesome results in both power and torque. However, in order to fully maximize the gains, you'll def. need to decide with what size you want to run and that you have a fully built motor. [built head as well as bottom end]

Toda itbs are generally good with 1.8 motors. I believe they are 48mm [each throttle] perfect if you want to stay as a high comp 1.8L. [high comp meaning at least 11.0:1 and higher]

If you decide to go with a larger displacement, from a 1.8 to a 2L, you might want to run jenvey's custom itbs. I believe they make 50mm.

There are lots of info that you want to make sure you know before doing itbs because they cost major $$$.

hardly seem worth it unless you have a fully built all motor drag car.

can't deny the bling bling though

If you have no headwork don't fool with ITB's just yet. Its a supreme waste of money that could've been used for cams, valves, valvesprings, retainers, maybe a nice port and polish more than stock compression i.e. higher compression pistons, thicker headgasket. Then you should start worrying about ITB's

you mean thinner head gasket . But you should look into Import Builders. Then do a pretty good job of making some intake manifolds. Should be getting mine here soon.
