Headlight Low Beam: 9006
Headlight High Beam: 9005

For painting the lenses you could use this product called Lamin-x or some crap like that. Try searching quite a few people have done this to their headlights, see what they have used.

lamin-x is actually a film that just sticks to your headlights, kinda like a window tint, but for your headlights. KRYLON actually makes this stuff. its specifically for painting/tinting acrylic, plastic like transparent surfaces. it comes in a variety of colors, but i cant remember off the top of my head exactly what it is called. my buddy brian has done this to his eg8 headlights. his car with the headlights like this is actually for sale on here. his name is pandahatch or something like that. if you wanna see pics of the krylon stuff, just check out his FS post to see pics. oh yeah, with the KRYLON spray paint stuff, you can make it as yellow as you want. just spray more coats!!!

It's called Krylon Stained Glass Paint. You can get it at any popular crafts store. Wal-mart some times carry it.
IMO just get the bulbs

What do you think? Of course. Anytime you shade/tint/color something your going to lessen its light output.

when i had yellow headlights in my car, it did lessen the light output a very LITTLE bit. i could see better at night though. kinda illuminates things and makes them stand out better. each thing had more contrast to one another.

Hahahaha looks like my thread has been the talk of the town, I used tint before, but it always caught the 5.0's attention with the whole yellow thing so I decided to look more stock and cleaner and more presentable. I see more and more ppl are doing the city light thanks to my thread. I'll be expecting more and more US front end DC with them in the future

I rewired my corner lenses to knock those hideous things out... if i want day time running lights i just turn on my headlights since they look pimp anyway. Your idea about the city lights has already been done i think they are called scatter bulbs or whatever and they illuminate the lense only a certain color, ive only seen blue but im sure you could get yellow...
