Integra LS VTEC???

Integra LS VTEC???
I just bought a 91 integra LS Vtec. I dont really kno anything about vtec since ive never had to work with one. MY valve cover has a hole about 3/4 in. in diameter right about the "C" in VTEC. Is this a missing vaccum line or sumthing???
