Default Integra Electrical Issue(s)

Hello, I have a 1998 Acura Integra RS. A few months back I did a tan to black dashboard swap. When I did the dash swap, I swapped the harness from my tan dash (worked perfect) to the black dash (was spliced up). After installing the black dash, Ive came across the issue of not having cluster lights (cluster works fine, tested in another car). Ive noticed that the clock on the center of dash also doesnt Dim anymore when turning on the headlights. Everything in the cluster works besides the background lighting. The harness is grounded behind the radio and checks to be good. Yes all fuses are good as well. Checked the inside fusebox along with engine bay fuse box.

Issue #2: I have lost blinkers/Hazards. Using the turn signals doesnt work at all. No clicking, no lights, etc. Was told it could be the emergency hazard button because its a relay? Just wanted a second opinion or maybe someone who could back up this potential fix.
Thanks.

Check the dimmer switch for the lighting in the cluster, check this link for reference,

1995 ACURA INTEGRA SE M/T INSTRUMENT DIMMER SWITCH OEM 1996 1997 1998 1999 | eBay

If this is not plugged in the lights in the cluster dont work, also turn up the dimer dial to see if its just set low but even at low setting you should still get it to light up a little.

You say the black dash harness was spliced up! what was spliced up? did all the plugs match and plug back in? you may have left a harness plug unplugged under the dash and that's why signals will not work if all fuses are good. Double check all the plugs.

The dash shouldn't have anything to do with electricals not working if you essentially are still using the same under dash harness and gauge cluster. Somethings not plugged in i think,.

I forgot to mention that I replaced the dimmer switch. Wasnt the issue. The black dash harness had a bunch of cut up peices and but connectors etc so I used the harness off my tan dash that was perfect before. Ive gone through all the plugs and they all appear to be good.
