Integra distributor

Ok, Which Distributors are the same as Gsr? Are there any better ones that are OEM? Also same about, Alternators, and starters? Can I use ITR? or B16 parts? Whats the best choice?

you can use an LS dist. but youd have to cut the bottom leg off of it..

I was told not to use Ls, cause they arent the same.
