I have a '95 LS. How much would I benefit from an intake manifold like the Skunk2? Would I also need a new TB? If so, which one, how much, and what does it do? I've heard the ITR and LS exhaust headers bolt up interchangeably (from companies like Comptech), so can I get a stock ITR intake manifold and throttle body and put it on my LS and see reasonable gains?

What should I do first? Crower 403 cams or an intake manifold setup? And what is going to be better for a non-drag-racing, daily driving, autocrossing Integra? I've heard the Skunk2 sacrifices low and mid for the benefit of high?

i wouldnt recommend getting the skunk2 IM. youre not goin to see that much gain til 6500+ rpms and even then... youre already goin to be hittin redline. you also low end power... which is not even worth it.

cams would be a better mod to do next. got a carsound cat yet?

 

See the sig. I do have a Carsound cat. I don't, however, have an intake. Once I decide if turbo is in my future, I'll either start down the junkyard turbo path or get a Comptech Icebox.

I'm thinking junkyard turbo to 200 whp and leave it there... but even the cheapest DIY turbo is $$$... about $1500. Cams I heard would run around $800. What are some good, cost effective, less than $500 mods for an LS?
