my cluster doesn't light up any more and i took it out to check the bulbs . theres a blue rubber cover over the light what is that for?

To give the lighting a more 'hyperwhite' look instead of a pale yellow color given off by 'naked' bulbs.

 

dind't know that thanx. if i need to replace the bulb because mine blew, will the local autoparts store have it?

awesome. what colors do they come in?

 

pink, lavender, teal,...etc

or you can just go to the store and look for yourself since you need the damn bulbs anyway
