Default Info on headers for a integra 95

Hey Im new to this site, and Im concern with headers for a integra. What is the best headers for a integra at a good set price and not so expensive. Because certain headers lost HP. From what I heard, DC headers chips easily and they fall apart. So drop some feedback..

=]. Might want to do a search but this is my take.

Best header? In my opinion, don't think about what is the best header , rather think about what header would work BEST for your goal FIRST. If you have a GSR and you want to drag, a 4-1 header might be more ideal than a 4-2-1 header design. Also, if you have a LS, the motor doesn't really have good high-end without camshafts upgrade. So probably the best way to get the most out of the motor is to get a 4-2-1 for your midrange. Your choices aren't limited just to these though because I believe hytech and other companies make custom headers.

In term of quality I would take Stainless Steel over ceramic. From what I read people with ceramic headers chip as the years go by. I don't know exactly if it's true but like I said, I would get stainless steel headers.
