i have a 1995 integra rs, when its cold in the morning the engine idles very weird, if flucuates constantly from 1000rpm - 2000rpm, up and down until the car is warm, then there are no problems, no check engine light on, anyone have any idea what this could be, i was told Idle AIr Control Valve, any help would be most appreciated!!

 

Its totaly normal don't worry about it.
