I believe code 43 is a problem with the fuel system (ie.FPR, imjectors etc..)

mine throws CEL 43 for the fuel pressure being too high

is your fuel system completely stock ? if soo .. hmmm fuel system malfunction could also be loss of fuel pressure insted of high fuel pressure ... that could be ... Fuel Filter ....Fuel Pump ... Injectors ... or 02 sensor like other dood mentioned

yeah change the fuel filter, ect, and check the fuel pump...
