what're you planning on doing with it? the best way to tune your car is with a chipped obd1 ecu.

Since Crome chipped P28's are cheap and plentiful, i woudnt advise going any other route on a budget build.

 

i have a 93 integra ls non vtec engine in a integra i was going to buy that apexi black box and get a intake manifold with bigger injectors but do u know what im talking about its a black looking box not the apex looking vtec controllers

what's done to your engine that you need bigger injectors? a stock engine with an aftermarket intake manifold won't require aftermarket injectors.

 

does the apexi black work on a integra non vtec engine?

 

i'm sure you can get it to work with any engine that you want, it's not made for a specific car.
