I bought a clapped 91 Integra from some tweakers to start my first ever project
So I bought this Integra from some tweakers the body is super solid which is why I got it, but the interior and engine bay is clapped out to the max this is my first ever project car. It's an automatic shell but has a manual swap and it definitely was not done right. The motor sits lop sided. The cruise control is bolted on top of the driver side strut the AC lines are just flopping around. The wiring is a mess and I'm pretty sure the fuse box in the engine bay is "relocated" I'm not sure exactly where it's supposed to be but I'm almost positive it's not the right location. Anyways it runs but the head gasket is blown I have a much better b18b long block on the way with a fresh hone new rings and bearings and some arp head studs and a few other goodies.
What I'm trying to get at is I really don't have much of a clue what I'm doing but I want to learn and the first thing I need to figure out at the moment is motor mounts. Since it is an auto shell I need a conversation kit but I'm not sure which one to get since it was swapped as I don't know how to tell if I have a cable or hydro transmission and I've been looking at a set from innovative and it has 2 different sets for cable or hydro... Please help lol

Cable means that there is a long cable connecting the clutch pedal to the release arm on the front of the transmission. Hydro means that the clutch pedal actuates a clutch master cylinder, which pushes fluid through a line up toward the front of the transmission where it connects to the clutch slave cylinder, which actuates the release arm inside the transmission bell-housing. Normally, the stock style DA transmissions are of the cable type. The hydro transmissions came in the '94-01 Integra applications.

Wooo something I actually know about! Conversion mounts are nice to have but you don't need them. On my 90, I used steel spacer tubes and longer bolts to make the transmission mount taller. The trans mount is two pieces, the image below shows the bottom piece (top of the transmission, left side), which is where I used the longer bolts and spacers to space the mount 1-1/4" off the transmission case. If you don't do this soon, I've read reports that axles fail prematurely due to the angle.
To see what trans you have, JR has some good info above. Take a pic of the front of the transmission. You are looking to see if you have an "arm" down there or a piston. The black piece on the bottom front of the transmission in the below pic is the "arm".
You can also determine what transmission you have by looking for a label, which should be on the flat face with the bolt holes on the right of the transmission (shown below)
