today, when i tried to remove my ac mount, one of the threads that the mount bolts onto the chasis was stripped, but eventually, i got it off. Dont think im going to put anohter bolt through it... so i just left my car as is.. without an ac mount.
How important is that mount, i would think its not very. since the mount itself is very weak from factory, and half of them i see are already torn. Do you guys think its safe to just leave it like that? thanks

no.. im not taking my ac off.. im saying for those people that remove ac from their cars to save weight, they remove the ac bracket also, which also removes the ac mount.. and have not heard any problems yet. and generally those people that remove ac for the weight typically have heavily modified cars, which would put more stress on engine mounts, but since they dont have any problems, i highly doubt i will too..
hmmm.. i find myself answering my own question.. well anyways... need more opinions..

ok buddy....
noobs like you
to add: if you leave that mount off you gonna mess with engine movement(like when hard shifting or launching),and you gonna end up breaking the rest.

Do NOT remove that mount. My Integra didnt come with thatmount, and I've run into 2 different problems due to it.
1) The motor would jump really hard when I dropped the clutch, so the shift linkage would pop out of the chassis mount.
2) Due to the extra movement, I ended up breaking 2 bolts on the motor mount on the drivers side, which ended up breaking an axle as well.
Problems are fixed now, but I am putting that mount back on this weekend no matter what.
