Is this a car that's already running with the A1 block? If so, why are you running such an old block in the car, and what harness are you using on it now?

If this is something you're working on and not completed yet, then I'm not sure about the harness question. But this thread will tell you pretty much all you need to know about doing an LS/VTEC buildup.

Do NOT do LS-VTEC...all you get is a little extra torque. Just got with a GSR. If you are really set on LS-VTEC, expect many frequent problems because I haven't heard of any that haven't.

If you do it right, you won't have problems. Read the thread I posted. That pretty much covers everything you need for a reliable LS/VTEC setup.

dude, you deffinately need to search a little bit more. your best bet is to convert to obd1, THEN go ls/vtec. but the way it sounds, your not ready to take that step. it consists of a little more than just putting the head on, with the harness.
