Default high flow cat?

ive done some research, but i cant find it so here it goes.
i have the reg I/E but i want to get a high flow cat any sugg.?

Dave at smsp answers email questions quickly as well.

mine looks like this:

except he obviously welds on the 3 bolt flange on one end, and welds an extension pipe on the other with a 2 bolt flange around it.

I suggest you wait until you get a header. That way you won't need a new cat if you get a jdm length cat or a header that deletes the cat.
