im planning on removing my spoiler on my 98ls.

i was curious how i can take the brake wire out without cutting it?

also the plugs that i keep hearing about, what section in home depot can i find them in?

No one is going to be able to tell you which aisle the plugs will be in as home depots vary location to location. Go to one and ask, there are many workers there.

If you dont mind seeing 4 lumps on your trunk, get the plugs.
If you dont want to use plugs, i suggest bondo. if you do it properly, it will be hardly noticable.
