Help Installing Power Mirror

Some one recently broke my passenger mirror in half. probably suv drove by and jus smashed half of it off and i got a new one ijust want to know if some1 can help me and tell me how to install it.

take off that little black plate, and take out the screws then disconnect the clip and swap em out...even though this is a JDM mirror install it might help a little bit.
