Hi I have a 91 Integra LS manual tranny and after having it in storage for 6 weeks I drove it two days and suddenly couldn 't shift gears. Here is the weird thing. If I turn the engine off I can change gears just fine but as soon as I turn it back on I am not able to shift. For example, I can turn it off change into 3rd gear, start it and then while driving force it into 4th. When I start the car up while being in gear I can feel the car pushing forward even with the clutch pressed all the way. There seems to be a lot of different problems here and I am not sure if its the clutch or the transmission or both. We have been having a great deal of snow so I am not sure if that could be a problem.

If anybody knows something or can help its greatly appreciated.
