i forgot a name of this bulb. its not HIDS but it produces more light with less voltage. it was manafactured by GE then i believe toshiba bought the idea from them. They sell for like $25 a bulb.

its a plug and play bulb, legal and it suppose to produce alot more lighting than regular and HIDS

does anyone know the name of it?
