Default Header Installation Tips??

Is there any tips I should know before installing my new header? I searched and saw some things about header bolts breaking and what not! Any way to get around this? Also for those of you who have a SS header what did you wipe it down with before starting the car is you don't get your finger prints burned on the header??
If we get enough tips maybe this could be archivied since the search didn't reveal anything for me.

#1 tip ? LIQUID WRENCH.

Oh, and an O2 socket or similar wrench.... take out the o2 so you don't damage the wires ! Doesn't always happen, but since this is prolly your 1st header, take care

Good Luck !

Unbolt the header from it's two different pieces IMO. It's much easier. Also, the O2 sensor is a bitch to unscrew off. So I unplugged that thing from the top were it's connected and then w/ the lower half unbolted, it was much easier to get a good grip on it. You will need a big *** wrench for the o2 sensor. I forgot what size it wa but it's like a 22mm. And wipe it off before you start it and get the grease off. Or it will burn when you start it and smoke a lil bit like mine did. (can't see it though)
