Default Head Work?

Ok I'm about to do a build on my Head. I plan to do a full PNP, skunk IM,Crower Valves/Springs, and Crower Stage 2 Camshafts. What sort of gains should I see from all of this?

Not too much, but what exactly are the Crower Stage 2 cams? 402? 403? 404?

In any case, coupled with that Skunk2 IM, you'll probably gain about 8-10whp. Maybe some others can chime in too with some answers.
