Hey guys, I have a problem with my hatch that Im not sure of what to do with it... On hot days, when i open the hatch, it stays perfectly open... But on cold days, or at night when the temp is low, it wont stay open, it would always close on me... *I had to learn this the hard way cuz the first time it happened, I opened my hatch, bent inside to fix my speakers, and the hatch slammed right on my lower back where the hinge sticks out...* So Im asking if you know what the problem is...

 

Replace the hatch shocks.

 

yep thats all u can do

 

You can get them regassed but the strut may blow anyway and waste your money so better to replace them.
